「芸藩通志」は沼田郡伴村（現安佐南区）を遺名とする。「地理志料」は、伴・長楽寺・大塚・吉山・阿戸の諸村に比定、「地名辞書」は伴村・戸山村とする。「県史」も安佐南区沼田町伴付近を郷域と推定している。（p563）
